Wedding Professionals Business Cruise November 2010

With the Bridal Association of America

If you would like to help in the planning of the cruise and on the Cruise please let us know. All onboard committee members will be compensated for there efforts.

Committee member will get:

1. Website promotion on this page
2. On board recognition at the cocktail party.
3. The Bridal Association will Pay $50.00 of your Cruise ticket for any booking rate.
4. If you can refer 20 people to the cruise we will pay for your cabin up to $350.00
5. There is no other compensation premised or implied. All work product will be the property of the Association. You will retain all credit for your work.

Committee People we are looking for:
Staff Photographer

We need 1 to 2 people to take photos throughout the entire cruise. You will be reasonable for taking photos at the Cocktail party. The Dinners, Seminars, embarkation, Catalina Island, Ensenada, Mexico & candid shots through out the cruise. Provide photos to the association ASAP.

Staff Videographer

We need 1 to 2 people to take photos throughout the entire cruise. You will be reasonable for taking video at the Cocktail party. The Dinners, Seminars, embarkation, Catalina Island, Ensenada, Mexico, interviews with the attendees & candid video through out the cruise. Provide video to the association ASAP.

Speaker Management

We need 1 to 2 people to manage the speakers on boar the cruise. Your responsibilities will include set up of the conference room on the fun day at sea, making sure speakers are ready for there time slot. Have answers for attendees in regarding our speakers, having beverages in conference room throughout the day. And generally helping to make the day run smooth.

Dinner & Cocktail party
We need 1 to 2 people to help with the Dinners and Cocktail party
  Dinner Each Night.
     We need 1 to 2 people to help make the Dinners fun with table goodies. Making sure the tables are set each night before the attendees arrive.
  Cocktail Party.
     Make sure we have everything we need for a successful dinner party.
